RULES FOR VISITING EVENTS ORGANIZED BY INFORMA LLC

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These Rules define the procedure for admission of visitors to the international exhibition of furniture, interior design solutions and art ARTDOM (hereinafter referred to as the "Exhibition"), the organizer of which is Limited Liability Company "INFORMA" (PSRN 1237700210725, TIN 9726040169, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), and also establish the rules of conduct for visitors to the Exhibition.
1.2. Visiting the Exhibition is possible only if the visitor becomes acquainted with these Rules and agrees to them.
1.3. Visiting rules established by the administrations of exhibition complexes in which the Exhibition is held apply to the extent that they do not contradict these Rules.

2. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT
2.1. The basis for entry to the Exhibition is a badge — a visitor's identification card containing information about their surname, first name, and, if applicable, the organization the visitor represents.
2.2. A visitor can obtain a badge in one of the following ways:
2.2.1. Printed independently — in case of registration as a visitor on the official website of the Exhibition artdom-design.ru;
2.2.2. Obtained at the registration desk at the entrance to the Exhibition — upon presentation of a VIP ticket on the official website of the Exhibition artdom-design.ru.
2.3. Representatives of mass media are issued a badge after passing the accreditation procedure, the procedure for which is indicated on the official website of the Exhibition.
2.4. Entry to the Exhibition is carried out only through turnstile groups installed in places determined by the Organizer and/or the administration of the exhibition complex. To pass through, scan the badge barcode at the turnstile's reading device.
2.5. Visitors are prohibited from transferring their badge to other persons. The Organizer has the right to verify that the surname and first name indicated on the badge match the surname and first name of the visitor, for which the person controlling entry to the Exhibition has the right to require the visitor to present an identity document.
2.6. In case of badge loss, the visitor should contact the Event registration desk for its restoration.
2.7. For visitors with VIP tickets, a simplified registration system is available, including printing of a personalized badge at a separate registration desk, as well as access to the VIP lounge at the Exhibition.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS
3.1. Visiting the Exhibition is possible for persons of any age; the event is held under age rating 0+.
3.2. The Organizer has the right to establish age restrictions for admission of visitors to the Exhibition in cases provided for by the Federal Law "On Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and/or Development" dated December 29, 2010, No. 436-FZ. In such cases, age restrictions are indicated on the official website of the Exhibition, registration desks, tickets, and invitation tickets, as well as advertising and information materials dedicated to the Exhibition, in the form of an information product mark.
3.3. The exhibition has special closed zones marked with category 18+, where access is prohibited for persons who have not reached the age of majority.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT
4.1. Visitors are required to observe public order on the territory of the exhibition complex where the Exhibition is held and in the adjacent territory, as well as comply with lawful orders of the Organizer and the administration of the exhibition complex.
4.2. Visitors are prohibited from:
4.3.1. Bringing any types of firearms, gas weapons, and cold weapons onto the Exhibition territory;
4.3.2. Bringing explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all types, as well as toxic, poisonous, and caustic substances onto the Exhibition territory;
4.3.3. Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic, and psychotropic substances on the Exhibition territory, being in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, or toxic intoxication;
4.3.4. Entering the Exhibition territory with animals;
4.3.5. Entering the Exhibition territory in outerwear when cloakrooms are operating;
4.3.6. Bringing food and drinks onto the Exhibition territory;
4.3.7. Moving around the Exhibition territory on bicycles, scooters, roller skates, and other similar transport and sports equipment when visiting the Exhibition;
4.3.8. Performing actions that may become: a source of threat to the property of the Organizer, Exhibition participants, and/or the exhibition complex, life or health of people present on the Exhibition territory; a source of obstacles or violations in ensuring the security of the Exhibition;
4.3.10. Leaving children unattended;
4.3.11. Making inscriptions, posting and distributing printed materials, posters, flyers, and other products of informational or advertising content, conducting propaganda activities without the written consent of the Organizer;
4.3.12. Organizing and holding unauthorized rallies, demonstrations, processions, picketing, as well as other unauthorized advertising campaigns and flash mobs on the Exhibition territory;
4.3.13. Engaging in begging, polluting, and littering the Exhibition territory;
4.3.14. Being in soiling clothing, with luggage, items, products that may soil other visitors and exhibits;
4.3.15. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes in buildings and on the open territory of the exhibition complex where the Exhibition is held, except for specially designated areas.
4.3. Upon discovering unattended items or suspicious objects on the Exhibition territory, visitors are required to immediately report this to a representative of the Organizer or an employee of the exhibition complex.
4.4. Visitors are required to familiarize themselves with the fire evacuation plan displayed at the entrance to the Exhibition territory.
4.5. In the event of an emergency on the Exhibition territory, visitors are required to comply with the requirements of the Organizer's representatives and/or employees of the exhibition complex.

5. LIABILITY
5.1. A visitor may be denied access to the Exhibition, or may be removed from it without compensation for the ticket cost in the following cases:
5.1.1. In the absence of an admission/invitation ticket to the Exhibition;
5.1.2. Upon refusal to undergo personal inspection, including the refusal to present for inspection hand luggage and personal belongings;
5.1.3. Upon attempting to enter the territory of the exhibition complex where the Exhibition is held with items prohibited from being brought in;
5.1.4. Upon performing actions that violate public order, as well as engaging in begging;
5.1.5. Upon failure to comply with these Rules and requirements of representatives of the Organizer and/or the exhibition complex in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
5.2. In case of unlawful actions by a visitor, they may be handed over to law enforcement representatives to resolve the issue of bringing them to administrative or criminal liability.
5.3. Material damage caused to the property of the Organizer, the exhibition complex, or Exhibition participants is subject to compensation in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
